Our Story

A Publication
You Can Wear

We began with an idea — that fashion deserves the gravitas of editorial and the precision of a great atelier. A decade on, we still make clothes the way a magazine is made: with intention, on every page.

“
Our Manifesto

A wardrobe should read like a well-edited magazine — considered, enduring, and entirely your own. Not more clothing, but theright clothing, made to outlive the season that introduced it.

From a Page
to a Practice

In 2014, a one-room studio in the 1st arrondissement set out to answer a quiet question: what if a fashion house worked like a publishing house? Each collection an issue, each piece a feature, each season a considered edit.

We don't chase the season. We edit it — releasing fewer pieces, designed to be kept. The Founding Principle

A decade on, we work with the same family-run mills and ateliers, and we still write about what we make — because a garment, like a story, is better understood than simply consumed. The studio has never moved. The address is the same; so is the intention.

What We Stand For

Four Principles

Every decision we make — from a single button to an entire campaign — answers to these four ideas. They are the house, written down.

01

Editorial First

We design like we publish — with a point of view. Every collection tells a story worth keeping, not just a trend worth chasing.

02

True Craft

Made in family-run ateliers in Italy and France, with natural fibres and construction meant to be repaired, not replaced.

03

Responsible by Design

Fewer, better pieces. Certified materials, recycled packaging and carbon-neutral shipping — sustainability as a starting point, not an afterthought.

04

Built to Last

We measure success in years of wear, not weeks of hype. A TAILORED piece should feel as right a decade from now as it does today.

The Making

Made by Hand,
Meant to Stay

We work only with ateliers we know by name. Each piece passes through a small number of skilled hands — cut, sewn and finished slowly, the way it should be.

01
Natural FibresItalian wool, French linen, Mongolian cashmere and vegetable-tanned leather.
02
Small-Batch AteliersFamily workshops in Italy & France — never mass production lines.
03
Built to Be RepairedComplimentary repairs for life on every TAILORED garment.
